As the newest division of the Rice Robotics Club, the Mentorship Team takes a unique approach to robotics. Our mission goes beyond campus—we’re dedicated to mentoring local high school and middle school robotics teams while also developing online resources to help aspiring engineers expand their skills and knowledge.

Beyond the Rice bubble, our mission is clear: we are committed to fostering the next generation of engineers by providing mentorship to local high school and middle school students and robotics teams. Our goal is not only to guide these young minds through the complexities of robotics but also to instill in them a passion for STEM that will resonate throughout their academic and professional futures.
Through hands-on workshops, personalized guidance, and collaborative projects, we aim to create a supportive environment where innovation thrives. We hope our team equips students with the confidence and expertise to tackle real-world engineering challenges.
